You will represent Fix My Phone and, through your advice and sales expertise, work with customers to identify what needs to be done on their mobile phones or tablets. You will then repair the device and follow up with the customer upon case completion. You will also work on upselling accessories and other products. It is crucial that you address all customer needs, both stated and unspoken. We strive for a more sustainable future, which means ensuring customers have the right protection and accessories after a repair to prevent future issues. It is your task to sell these products.

All new employees undergo training where you will learn to repair various devices, handle the cash register, and receive regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and genuine drive. You are responsible, organized, and value order and structure – for yourself and others.

Previous experience in sales and jobs requiring dexterity are considered meritorious.

Salary: 20,000 – 50,000 SEK per month
