Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who want to work 15.69% (6 hours/week) primarily on weekends in our store in Skellefteå. A position of this size can also be a step towards a larger role and perhaps even a career within the company.

🔌 Tech-savvy! You are curious and interested in learning more about technology. That is all you need – with fantastic colleagues by your side and tools in the form of induction days and an e-learning portal with online courses, you will learn more and more every day.

👋 Relationship builder! You are genuinely interested in sales and service and understand the power of building long-term relationships. You see it as an exciting challenge to exceed every customer's expectations and take pride in both your personal brand and the company's.

🎯 Goal-oriented! For us, previous experience is not necessary – we place great emphasis on your development and that you grow in the sales role based on your personal qualities. In line with our strategy "Grow with Kjell", we offer the opportunity to grow, whether your ambition is to work alongside your studies or if you eventually want to take the step to a leadership role. Today, 70% of our managers are recruited internally. We offer a leadership program called "Store Manager – Trainee" for you who want to develop further and take the step to a store manager role.
