We are currently looking for a field sales representative for Hoberg & Driesch Sweden AB, an established company with a strong market position. The role covers Northern Sweden, where you will primarily focus on acquiring new customers and developing existing accounts across various industries and sectors.
In this role, you will work independently with significant freedom under responsibility. You will initially work from home and plan your own customer visits, travel, and activities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Acquiring new customers and developing existing business
- Planning and conducting customer visits within your territory
- Building long-term relationships with customers across various segments
- Working closely with customers to understand their needs and find the right solutions
- Driving the long-term development of your territory
The position involves travel, and in some cases overnight stays, as a natural part of the job.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven, and thrives in a role where you take significant personal responsibility. To succeed in this role, we believe you are social, relationship-oriented, and have the ability to build trust with customers.
You are motivated by sales and enjoy working long-term with customers and business. If you also have experience in proactive sales and the steel pipe industry, we consider this a strong asset.
We also believe that you:
- Have previous sales experience, preferably field sales
- Enjoy working independently and traveling
- Are structured and have strong self-leadership skills
- Are unpretentious, curious, and have a humble approach
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
- Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Industry or technical experience is a plus, but we place great emphasis on personality, drive, and the right attitude.
