You are good with people, engaged, and spread positive energy to ensure your sales team always thrives and feels good. You are a natural leader with strong initiative and organizational skills. You are responsible, independent, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks. As a Sales Manager, you work on concert sales in the Skellefteå area and surrounding regions, such as Umeå and Luleå. We are currently looking for someone for Håkan Hellström's concert in Umeå, based out of Skellefteå.

Your main responsibility is to engage, drive, and coach your sales team to perform at their best during the event. You prepare sales materials, handle restocking of goods and cash registers, and manage the closing and cleanup after the event. During the summer, there is an opportunity to work at festivals and in other locations in Sweden and Denmark.

You thrive in event environments and value the opportunity to take on significant responsibility for staff and sales early on. Experience with cash handling, leadership, and/or experience in sales, sports, and teamwork is advantageous but not required. Your attitude and personality are the most important factors!

The job is primarily performed in the evenings and on weekends, and you have the flexibility to choose how much and when you want to work. Perfect for you if you are, for example, studying at a university or have another part-time job.
