After returning to the SHL, Björklöven faces an exciting future. Our ambition is to build a long-term competitive elite operation while continuing to develop experiences, relationships, and our significance for people throughout the region.

We are now looking for an Event Coordinator who wants to help develop our audience and arena experience for both fans and partners. The assignment is fee-based and is perfect as a side job during evenings and weekends.

About the assignment

As Event Coordinator, you are responsible for planning and coordinating the club's match events. You work together with officials and external actors to ensure that the events maintain high quality and are carried out according to current guidelines and requirements.

Together with the Marketing and Event Manager, you work on developing and improving the visitor experience before, during, and after the match.

Your main tasks include:

  • Planning and coordinating events around our home matches.
  • Responsible for recruiting, staffing, and coordinating match personnel.
  • Developing activities and initiatives that strengthen the arena experience.
  • Following up and evaluating completed events.
  • Developing audience and arena experience.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating experiences and thrives on getting people to work together towards common goals. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in service and people.

We believe you are:

  • Structured and accustomed to driving projects from idea to implementation.
  • Confident in leading and coordinating people.
  • Service-oriented and sees opportunities to create welcoming events.
  • Self-initiative and used to taking responsibility.
  • Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends in connection with matches.

Experience in events, arrangements, or club life is meritorious, but not a requirement.
