💼 Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for booking transports. The work is carried out via email and phone. You handle bookings by registering and confirming them in the company's systems and administrative solutions, while ensuring that everything is managed correctly and efficiently. An important part of the job is answering customers' questions about delivery times and transport-related matters. You also have regular contact with colleagues internally to coordinate and optimize the booking flow.

This position suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced administrative role, have a keen eye for detail, and want to contribute to a smooth and structured transport process for the company's customers.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• Service experience, e.g., from customer service
• Meritorious with experience in a similar role/interest within the logistics industry
