We are looking for a service-oriented employee

As a store employee, you are the face of the store. We always prioritize the customer and provide a customer service experience that contributes to a sense of service, inspiration, and increased sales. Furthermore, it is important to us at ICA Maxi Stormarknad Umeå to always take responsibility for helping the customer and to constantly contribute to the store's areas of improvement and development.

In customer service, you will have a varied role involving tasks such as providing information, handling mail, lottery/gaming services, and distributing online and grocery baskets. The position also includes some shifts at the checkout.

About You:

You should have a passion for customer service and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.

Previous experience in similar roles is welcome, but we place great emphasis on personal qualities.

We are looking for someone who is:

Service-oriented, driven, engaged, cheerful, positive, and proactive.

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience with postal services. Holds a postal certificate.
• Experience with ATG and Svenska Spel.

Start date: By agreement, August 2026 to June 2027. Possibility of extension.

Hours: 29 hours per week. Every other weekend. Variable working hours between 06:45–20:30. Changes around holidays may occur.
