Your Role

As a retail salesperson at Volt, you play a key role in the store's success. You thrive in customer contact and know exactly how to meet customer needs, while actively working to increase sales through upselling and good product recommendations. You enjoy achieving sales targets and are motivated by working in a store where quality is the focus. With a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in fashion, you create a store environment together with your colleagues that builds loyalty and inspires our customers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Always puts the customer first
• Values a fast-paced environment
• Is a team player motivated by good results, both for yourself and the team
• Uses omnichannels to create seamless customer experiences and increase sales
• Is structured and focused on delivering quality

Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends, making it perfect for you if you are, for example, a student looking for a part-time job!
