About Us

Brokk Sverige AB is responsible for sales and after-sales service of Brokk's market-leading demolition robots and Aquajet's water jetting solutions in the Swedish market. We are a subsidiary of Brokk AB, which has its headquarters and manufacturing in Skellefteå. Together, we combine the strength of the international group with the proximity, short decision-making paths, and significant opportunities to influence that a smaller company offers. We are now expanding further in Northern Sweden and are looking for you who want to help develop our business in a region with great potential.

Your Responsibilities

As a salesperson, you are responsible for sales in Northern Sweden and building long-term relationships with customers in industries such as mining, tunneling, and contracting. You drive the business from the first customer contact through to delivery and follow-up, where preparing quotes, negotiations, and customer visits are a natural part of your daily routine. This role is about more than just sales. You are also responsible for developing the after-sales business in the region and ensuring that customers receive long-term support even after delivery. You plan your own work, base yourself from your home location, and travel regularly within Northern Sweden while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues in Stockholm.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who know that the best business begins after delivery and who are driven by creating long-term customer relationships through technical competence, service, and engagement. You have experience in technical B2B sales, a genuine technical interest, and are motivated by understanding the customer's operations and finding solutions that create long-term value. For you, the after-market is not an add-on; it is a natural part of the business. As a person, you are self-motivated, structured, and business-minded. You build trust through your competence, engagement, and service, not by being a "pushy salesperson." You have good technical understanding, are fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B). Experience from the mining, tunneling, or contracting industries is an advantage.
