Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager.

What You Will Work On

• Lead end-to-end product development projects from concept to production
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Software Development
• Electronics
• Testing & Verification
• Purchasing
• Manufacturing
• Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of project milestones
• Report project status, risks, issues, and deviations to steering committees
• Drive project decisions, prioritization, and issue resolution
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests
• Ensure effective requirements management throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners
• Support industrialization and production readiness activities
• Ensure compliance with company development processes, standards, and project governance
• Apply Agile practices where appropriate, particularly within software development
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and project reviews

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within product development
• Experience in industries such as:
• Automotive
• Industrial Equipment
• Material Handling
• Energy Systems
• Manufacturing
• Experience leading projects through the complete development lifecycle
• Strong experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Good understanding of:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electronics
• Software Development
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Stage-Gate or similar
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and governance
• Experience in risk management, change management, and stakeholder management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
