Regardless of where you work within our organization or what role you hold, you help create life-changing change.
SiS Youth Home Bergsmansgården receives non-compulsory school-age girls. We have operations in Fjugesta, three miles west of Örebro, and a satellite unit in Granhult, 3 miles north of Lindesberg. The girls come to us due to psychosocial issues as well as problems with criminality or drug abuse.

The role may also involve mentoring new employees and interns.
This is a job for you who sees a positive challenge in working with vulnerable people in difficult life situations. The job is often demanding but also stimulating, joyful, and varied. Our vision is to be a place for change, and this permeates our approach, our commitment, and our attitude.
As a new employee, you will undergo SiS basic training. The training alternates between theory and supervised introduction, equipping you for the therapist role in SiS operations.
At SiS, we value good employee relations. This means that as an employee, you take responsibility for your work, contribute to development, and participate in good collaboration.
