We are now looking for engaged personal assistants for a young man in his 30s, residing in Örebro. The client has a physical disability with extensive care needs. The client requires help with all aspects of daily life, such as transfers, activities, personal hygiene, household chores, exercise, etc.
We are looking for someone who is calm and attentive, positive, responsible, and reliable. You are also flexible and adaptable to new situations and working methods based on the user's and the organization's needs. The work is performed during daytime, evening, and night, both on weekdays and weekends. Please specify in your application which times you are interested in working.
Experience in healthcare and care services is advantageous, but primary emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities, as the chemistry between you and the client will be key to providing good assistance. A driver's license is also an advantage.
