Day Shift Team Leader at Tempest Security Stockholm

Tempest Security is growing and is now looking for an engaged and experienced Day Shift Team Leader for our operations in Stockholm. We are looking for you who have solid experience from the security industry, enjoy taking responsibility, and are driven by developing both people and operations.

In this role, you will have a central position where you lead daily operations, are responsible for planning and staffing, and work closely with both customers and employees to ensure high quality and delivery.

About the role

As a Day Shift Team Leader, you are an important part of our operational organization and are responsible for ensuring that the business runs efficiently, professionally, and according to our high quality requirements. The role involves varied work where you combine operational team leadership with administrative responsibility, planning, and customer contact.

The position is full-time, and the working hours follow a 5-2 schedule between 06:00–18:00.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees in daily work.
• Be responsible for operational activities within the business area.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
• Establish and follow up on instructions, routines, and quality work.
• Act as a natural contact person for customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive development of working methods and processes.
• Handle deviations and make decisions in daily operations.

We are looking for you who

• Are trained as a security guard with VU1 and VU2.
• Are approved for work in an authorized security company.
• Have a clean criminal record and no payment defaults.
• Have documented experience in team leadership within the security industry.
• Have experience with Patrol & Response operations.
• Have experience in planning, staffing, and coordinating operational activities.
• Are a confident leader who can motivate, support, and create engagement.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and accustomed to working independently.
• Have good administrative skills and experience in quality work.
• Thrive in an operation where the pace is sometimes high and flexibility is a success factor.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English.

Merits

• Training as a crowd controller, protective guard, or in fire safety.
• Experience with alarm handling and technical security systems.
