The company is now facing the next step in its growth journey and is looking for a Group Manager for Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity for you if you want to be involved from the start, build up the business in the region, and leave your mark on both the team and the business.

You will be the first hire for the Stockholm office and will play a central role in the establishment, working together with the company's management and those responsible for the other offices in Sweden.

This is a direct recruitment position, meaning that the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by our client.

About the Role

As Group Manager, you will have a key role with significant authority and impact. You will be responsible for developing the business in Stockholm while continuing to work operationally within fire engineering.

The role combines leadership, business development, and technical consulting.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Build, lead, and develop the Stockholm office
• Recruit, coach, and develop future employees
• Drive and participate in projects within fire safety design, risk analysis, and fire technical advisory
• Develop customer relationships and create new business opportunities
• Be responsible for the business's results and continued growth
• Participate in the management group and contribute to the company's strategic development

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation in fire safety who is motivated by taking responsibility, developing businesses, and creating results together with others.

We believe you have:

• A degree as a Fire Engineer
• At least three years of experience as a fire consultant, Fire Engineer, or project manager
• Experience in customer dialogue and project management
• A business-minded approach and understanding of what drives growth
• A structured way of working and good ability to lead others
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

It is meritorious if you have previously had personnel responsibility or a leading role within fire engineering.
