Here, you have good opportunities to develop in your professional role and work with skilled and engaged colleagues.
About the Role
The position involves focusing on both regional and project issues. This may include, for example:
- Providing support in systematic work environment efforts to create a safe and healthy work environment in our projects (e.g., by acting as support during risk analyses, incident reporting, etc.)
- Assisting as a specialist and support in projects during inspections from authorities
- Conducting project rounds and internal audits
- Interpreting and communicating news and information within the area from the business area
- Contributing to improving, developing, and maintaining our work environment management system
- Preparing materials and reporting to the regional management within the work environment area
- Assisting in and leading investigations of near-misses and work accidents
- Analyzing trends in the region regarding the work environment area and writing texts on this to be reported to the business area
- Responsible for and coordinating safety representative meetings
Your main area of responsibility will include systematic improvement work of our work environment efforts. You are also expected, upon request, to represent the region at the group and business area levels regarding work environment issues, and to participate in and drive work environment issues in collaboration with HR, quality, and environmental functions.
The role also involves contributing knowledge about work environment legislation and solving work environment problems by proposing adequate solutions, as well as assisting in external contacts with customers, authorities, industry organizations, suppliers, and study visits.
You will be placed at our office in Solna and have Stockholm/Uppsala with surrounding municipalities as your work area. A driver's license is required as travel to our projects is part of the role.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have a university education in work environment or equivalent competence in the field, as well as several years of experience in systematic and operational work environment work. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the construction industry.
As a person, you are analytical, inspiring, structured, and have the ability to see the big picture. You have a great interest in work environment issues and a focus on developing safe and healthy work environments. You seek anchoring and collaborations to get the organization on board, but are also proactive and driven on your own. You are proficient in working with the Office package, and your ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish is very good. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have knowledge/experience of the investigation method MTO.
