We are now looking for a Junior Buyer for our headquarters in Malmö. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Senior Buyers, learn the entire purchasing process from the ground up, and develop towards a future specialist or senior role within purchasing.

About the role

As a Junior Buyer, you will become an important part of our product team and work closely with our Senior Buyers in daily purchasing operations. The role combines administration, coordination, and supplier contacts with the opportunity to gradually take greater responsibility for your own product areas.

You will get a unique insight into the entire product journey – from idea and sampling to ordering and delivery – while contributing to the development of our commercial assortment.

Your responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate the purchasing process from start to finish

• Create and maintain product data in our systems

• Handle samples, approvals, and product follow-ups

• Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers and partners

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and schedules

• Support Senior Buyers with inquiries, analyses, reorders, and other purchasing activities

• Gradually take independent responsibility for parts of the assortment and the purchasing process

We are looking for someone who

• Has post-secondary education in purchasing, textiles, fashion, or retail, for example from the University of Borås or equivalent

• Has experience from a similar role within the fashion or retail industry

• Has a genuine interest in men's fashion, product development, and commercial assortment work

• Is structured, detail-oriented, and has strong administrative skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with many contact points

• Is proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to develop within purchasing

• Is a team player who can also work independently and take ownership
