About the role

We are recruiting for an established European e-commerce company within office supplies, known for its strong market position and loyal customer base.

As a Sales Agent, you will become a key contact person for Swedish customers, helping them make better purchasing decisions and identifying upselling opportunities.

Your responsibilities

• Contact existing Swedish customers (warm leads)
• Provide advice on printers, toners, ink, and office supplies
• Suggest alternative or own-brand products where relevant
• Identify upselling opportunities (packages, larger volumes, better deals)
• Ensure orders are handled correctly and smoothly
• Collaborate with the team to develop customer experience and sales
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and results

This is a role built on trust, service, and smart selling – not aggressive sales.

We are looking for someone who

• Has excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is communicative and confident in phone interactions
• Has a commercial mindset and sees opportunities
• Is detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Is curious, driven, and eager to develop

Sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
