Are you a person with a heart in the right place, looking for a secure and meaningful employment? Inre Kraft is now expanding with our client in the nature-rich area of Skråmträsk, approximately 30 km outside Skellefteå. We are looking for you who want to work as a Personal Assistant and contribute to a meaningful everyday life for our client.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We offer five permanent positions with an employment level of 75–100%. The work is varied, and shifts are scheduled on weekdays and weekends during:
- Day and evening
- Night (on-call)
Start date is June 1, 2026. We would appreciate it if you could begin your introduction by mid-May.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a middle-aged woman with interests in nature, gardening, music, attending concerts, staying at hotels, visiting church, warm baths, and watching movies. She lives approximately 30 km outside Skellefteå.
The tasks include:
- Cleaning and cooking
- Mobility with lifting equipment
- Assistance with personal care, dressing/undressing, and meal situations
The client uses a wheelchair and a power wheelchair controlled by healthcare directives.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for you who are passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of other individuals. Furthermore, you should be humorous and meticulous, and preferably have knowledge of vegan diets. Since our client enjoys watching movies and you as an assistant will read subtitles for her, it is important that you have fluent Swedish skills. It is a plus if you share the client's interests in nature, gardening, concerts, hotel stays, and are willing to accompany her to church. Personal suitability is highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Swedish language skills
- Ability to tolerate chlorinated water + swimming skills
- Non-smoker (client cannot tolerate smoke)
- Tolerance for pets (cat lives in the client's home)
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or other care experience
MERITS
- Category B driver's license and access to a car
- Knowledge of vegan diets
Employment level: 5 permanent positions at 75–100 %.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both a certificate of no criminal record and a certificate of suspicion. The certificate is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order the certificate well in advance.
