Summer and Hourly Substitutes Needed for Woman in Skellefteå

We are currently looking for both summer substitutes and hourly substitutes for our client in Skellefteå.

The client is an adult woman with extensive assistance needs who requires support in all aspects of daily life. The assistance is primarily provided at home, but also during activities outside the home. The client enjoys reading, playing computer games, and occasionally going out for activities such as a coffee in town or a restaurant visit.

We are looking for you who are calm, secure, and responsive, and who have the ability to adapt your support based on the client's needs and wishes. You take responsibility for your work, collaborate well with colleagues, and have a respectful attitude.

We would like you to:

• Be calm, secure, and responsible
• Be responsive to the client's needs and wishes
• Have good collaboration skills and be flexible
• Be able to work varying hours
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

The working hours vary, and assistance is provided around the clock, both on weekdays and weekends. Night work occurs in the form of on-call duty.

Day: 09:00–16:00
Evening: 15:00–22:00
Night: 20:30–10:00

Experience in healthcare, elderly care, or personal assistance is advantageous but not required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other Information:

To prove your right to work in Sweden, you must be able to present a Swedish passport or ID card, a residence permit (for EU citizens), or a residence and work permit/LMA card (for non-EU citizens).
