Do you want to work in an international environment where you can combine operational accounting with process development? Mobilize Financial Services is in an exciting phase and is now looking for a Senior Accountant who wants to contribute to a stable and efficient finance department.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Accountant, you will have a broad and responsible role where you ensure high quality in accounting, closing, and reporting in an international and regulatory environment. You will work closely with both local colleagues and group functions in France, playing a key role in developing working methods and processes.

You will be part of a small and cohesive accounting team and report to the Finance Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for ongoing accounting and bookkeeping
• Drive and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Ensure correct reporting to the group (HQ in France)
• Perform balance reconciliations and financial analyses
• Handle VAT issues, including Nordic VAT (SE, DK, NO)
• Work in and develop processes in SAP and Visma
• Participate in change and development projects, such as system integrations
• Ensure internal control and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with controlling, other functions, and the group
• Support the team and act as backup during critical periods, especially during closing

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for you who have strong accounting competence and thrive in a dynamic environment where change is a natural part of everyday life. You are self-driven, responsible, and have a good ability to structure and prioritize your work.

We see that you have:

• Post-secondary education in economics/accounting or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in qualified accounting
• Extensive experience with closing, reporting, and balance reconciliations
• Good system proficiency, preferably in SAP and/or Visma
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience from financial institutions, banks, leasing, or the automotive industry
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Experience with Nordic VAT and group reporting
• Participation in system implementations or change projects

Mobilize Financial Services is part of the French banking group RCI Banque, which belongs to Renault and works closely with the automotive industry providing financing solutions. The Swedish organization has approximately 20 employees, creating short decision-making paths and close collaboration between functions.
