This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting at least 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Axel Larsson.

With continuous growth, one of the industry's most extensive warehouses, and a very solid economy, Axel Larsson offers a very extensive high-quality product program combined with qualified technical advice, where many products are assembled into complete valve packages in their workshop. The headquarters with warehouse and workshop are located in Upplands Väsby just north of Stockholm, with local sales offices around Sweden.

Responsibilities

In the role of Economic Assistant, you work broadly with ongoing finance and support the operations in daily financial work. It is a varied role where you handle several parts of the financial flow and play an important function in ensuring that administrative work runs smoothly and correctly.

You work closely with the financial manager and contribute to both ongoing work and closing. The role suits you if you thrive in an operational daily routine and enjoy having many contact points.

Examples of tasks:

• Customer invoicing and handling of accounts receivable
• Accounts payable, including coding and approval flows
• Registration and follow-up of customer payments
• Dunning and claim handling
• Ongoing bookkeeping and simpler reconciliations
• Handling of expenses and corporate cards (e.g., Eurocard)
• Support during monthly closing
• Administrative handling related to payroll

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience
• At least three years of work experience as an Economic Assistant
• Very good knowledge of the Office package
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Advantageous with experience of the business system Monitor
