Responsibilities

We are looking for a new teaching colleague to teach Swedish and English. You will primarily teach on the Economics Programme, which will also be your organizational affiliation. Here, you work in close collaboration with your programme colleagues.

The position also includes mentoring a class, which means that you follow, support, and guide students in their academic and personal development. You continuously work with follow-up, feedback, and assessment to promote each student's learning.

You actively participate in subject teams, work groups, and the school's joint development work.

Qualifications

To succeed and thrive in the role, we are looking for you who are confident in your leadership in the classroom and who meet students with high, positive expectations. You have a teacher's license with eligibility in both Swedish and English at the upper secondary level, and you bring substantial experience of teaching at the upper secondary level.

Since we work in a modern educational environment, you have good digital skills and are comfortable using various digital tools and learning aids as a natural part of your pedagogy. You have a very good ability to adapt your teaching and meet different groups and abilities, allowing you to differentiate instruction so that all students are challenged and supported at the right level. Furthermore, you have a developed ability to collaborate, enjoy working in teams, and are skilled at building good relationships with both students and colleagues as well as guardians.
