Engaged Social Studies Teacher Needed for Centrally Located Upper Secondary School in Lund

We are now looking for a Social Studies teacher for our upper secondary school, located right in the middle of Lund University campus – one of Sweden's most knowledge-intensive and inspiring locations.

About the School

We are a smaller school with approximately 350 students distributed across the Social Science, Natural Science, and Economics programs. Our staff consists of 28 engaged employees who together create a secure and knowledge-focused environment.

The position involves teaching in Re 1 and 2 (Religion/Ethics) and Geography 1 and 2. You are expected to collaborate with colleagues to create cross-curricular projects and actively participate in the school's development work.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a certified teacher, qualified to teach Social Studies, with experience in upper secondary education. You have strong pedagogical skills and can inspire and engage students by adapting your teaching to their individual needs.

You have a natural ability to build trust and good relationships with students. You value close collaboration with colleagues and are open to others' knowledge and experiences.
