Riendas AB is now looking for engaged and driven subcontractors for our operations within Rusta och Matcha. We are seeking partners throughout Sweden who wish to work closely with participants and help them move forward towards employment or studies.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in labor market initiatives, recruitment, coaching, or guidance
• Has a network with employers in your region (advantageous)
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented
• Wants to work long-term with a serious and growing actor
• Has good ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Shares our view on quality, structure, and participant focus
• Has F-tax registration or the ability to arrange this

Supervisor Competence

To work within Rusta och Matcha, supervisors must meet the competence requirements set by the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).

Alternative 1

At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the old system) in fields such as:

• Working life
• Organization and personnel work
• Study and career guidance
• Behavioral science
• Social work education
• or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.

Plus at least two (2) years of work experience at a minimum of 50% during the last five years within one of the following areas:

• Management with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Processing of personnel matters
• Work with working life and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology

Alternative 2

At least one (1) year of full-time studies at a post-secondary level, as well as at least three (3) years of work experience at a minimum of 50% during the last five years within the aforementioned areas.
