Do you want to help steer the finances in some of Sweden's most extensive societal construction projects? We are now looking for an experienced Project Controller who wants to take a key role in long-term investment and infrastructure projects with a significant impact on future sustainable transport.

As a Project Controller, you will become a central part of the project organization, responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up across several parallel projects. You will work closely with project managers and leadership to ensure well-founded decisions and efficient financial management throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• 📊 Responsible for budget, forecasts, and financial follow-up
• 📈 Drive and develop financial planning and reporting
• 🔍 Identify, analyze, and explain financial variances
• 📋 Prepare decision support materials, financial reports, and business analyses
• 🤝 Act as a strategic support to project managers and program leadership
• ⚠️ Contribute to risk follow-up and financial control
• 🏗️ Participate in project, financial, and planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders

• ✔️ Academic degree in economics or a Civil Engineer degree with a focus on economics
• ✔️ At least 7 years of experience as a Controller or Project Controller with a focus on budget, forecasts, follow-up, and financial analysis
• ✔️ At least 5 years of experience in financial management within infrastructure, construction, or contracting projects
• ✔️ Experience with project accounting and financial follow-up in large projects
• ✔️ Worked in projects with budget responsibility of at least 200 MSEK
• ✔️ Experience leading financial meetings with contractors, suppliers, or other external parties
• ✔️ Proficiency in financial and project management systems such as Hypergene, Antura, Primavera, Avima, or similar
• ✔️ Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing decision support materials and financial reports

• ➕ Experience with risk reporting and financial risk analysis in projects

• 📍 Location: Stockholm with hybrid work options
• 🕒 Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• 📅 Start: Summer 2026 (flexible start between June–August)
• 📆 Contract Length: 2 years with possibility of extension
