Are you our new key person? We are looking for an engaged house pedagogue!

About the role of house pedagogue

The role of house pedagogue is dynamic and central to our daily operations. You do not belong to a specific children's group, but move around the entire preschool where the needs are greatest for the day/moment.

Your main tasks include:

• Supporting various children's groups during planning, meetings, or short-term absences.
• Contributing to a welcoming environment in our common areas.
• Being a secure person for the children and a helpful colleague for the staff.
• Ensuring our routines run smoothly and contributing to our daily format together with children and educators.

QUALIFICATIONS

You meet every child, guardian, and colleague with curiosity, respect, and humility. We are looking for you who has a big heart and a non-hierarchical attitude towards work. Since you move between different groups and collaborate with many different people, your personality is crucial.

We are looking for you who:

• Is educated as a preschool assistant: You have your degree and a good grounding in the preschool curriculum.
• Is flexible: You have the ability to switch quickly and enjoy working in a changing everyday life.
• Is helpful and perceptive: You see where an extra hand is needed before anyone has even had the chance to ask.
• Is positive and pleasant: You spread good energy to children, parents, and colleagues.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
