RESPONSIBILITIES

Being a PE teacher is about more than just teaching movement. It is about encouraging young people to dare to challenge themselves! You see opportunities where others see obstacles, build relationships that create security, and inspire students to develop based on their own prerequisites.

As a teacher with us, you become an important part of the school's work to create a safe and developing learning environment where students have the opportunity to succeed both academically and socially. You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching and work closely with colleagues, student health services, and school management.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physical Education and Health to students in grades 7-9.
• Teach Mathematics or another subject based on qualifications and the organization's needs.
• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching according to current regulatory documents.
• Act as a mentor for a group of students.
• Participate in the school's systematic quality work and development work.
• Collaborate with colleagues, student health services, guardians, and external actors when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach Physical Education and Health for grades 7-9.
• Preferably have qualifications in Mathematics or another subject.
• Have the ability to create good relationships and build trust with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• Have clear pedagogical leadership and high expectations for students' development.
• Enjoy collaborating and see collegial learning as a natural part of the role.
• Want to be part of developing a school where students' learning, health, and future are at the center.
