We offer a varied receptionist role in a wonderful environment that requires good collaboration between you and your colleagues. Medfit operates on a unique concept where we combine primary healthcare with wellness services under one roof. Our goal is to contribute to better health for everyone in our community, now and for future generations! Here, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, naprapaths, and dietitians work together with personal trainers and group exercise instructors, in close collaboration with our reception team.

We are looking for a new receptionist to join us, where you will play a vital and significant role in the business. This is a broad and varied position where we, among other things within primary healthcare and wellness, handle and register various types of bookings and customer inquiries. The role also includes a good amount of general administration, such as booking medical travel, handling interpreter services, and managing referrals.

We are looking for a person with strong social skills who can meet the diverse needs of our customers. You feel comfortable working with various systems, as well as handling phone and email communications.

We would prefer that you have previous experience in customer service, ideally from the healthcare or fitness industry.
