Who are we?

Here, we are a competent and dedicated team, all contributing together to achieve the goals we have set. The cohesion within the unit is strong, and everyone values each other's well-being. We have a senior social secretary leading the daily operations. Employees participate in supervision and networks, have access to methodological support, and enjoy close collegial support.

We are in an exciting phase where we are consolidating competence from the labor market and social assistance areas into a new working model. At the unit, case handlers within financial assistance and employment advisors work together with individuals on their path to self-sufficiency.

What can we offer you?

The main task is to work together with the individual all the way to self-sufficiency. The paths to self-sufficiency vary depending on individual needs. During the process towards independent living, the right to financial assistance is assessed and reviewed.

Here, you are a vital part of supporting individuals towards self-sufficiency and an independent life. The individuals we meet are often in need of various forms of support aimed at strengthening their own resources. It is important to identify needs and meet them in a way that benefits the individual's development. The work involves both internal and external collaboration.

The work includes tasks such as new interviews, follow-up meetings, planning meetings, review meetings, on-call duties, collaboration, and other case handling tasks. Action plans are created together with the individual. Documentation tasks are included and recorded in the business system VIVA.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or another academic education that the employer deems equivalent.

We prefer that you have previous experience working with the target group, case handling, and good knowledge of the laws underlying the work.

Good knowledge of other areas of social services as well as experience of collaboration with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Public Employment Service, healthcare, and other relevant actors is meritorious.

You meet people with respect, trust, and engagement. You have a strong belief in the individual's ability.

The tasks require you to have good structure, a solution-focused approach, the ability to take initiative, and to drive processes. You have good skills in expressing yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and experience using various business systems included in your assignment.

Personal suitability is highly valued, and since we are in the midst of exciting development work, you are someone who enjoys development!

A category B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.
