Do you want to work with people and make a real difference in their journey towards employment or further studies? As a Career Coach at Eyes4work, you will play a central role in supporting participants to discover their strengths, create new opportunities, and take the next step in life.
About the role
As a Career Coach at Eyes4work, you will become an important part of our mission to support people on their path to employment or further education.

You thrive when taking personal responsibility and have the ability to create a sense of security and engagement among participants.
At the same time, you are part of an engaged team located in several areas. Together, you collaborate, share experiences, and support each other to develop the business. You enjoy making contact, building networks, and finding new pathways to employment. Good local knowledge of the labor market in your area is a key prerequisite for success in this role.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven, engaged, and has a genuine interest in helping other people develop. You are a natural relationship builder and enjoy interacting with both participants and employers.
You are communicative, empathetic, and able to adapt to different individuals and situations. With a proactive and initiative-driven approach, you take responsibility for finding new ways forward, for example by participating in fairs, networking events, and other activities that create new opportunities.
You work in a structured and meticulous manner, with an understanding of the importance of planning, documentation, and follow-up to maintain the quality of the work.
Desirable experience
