About the Pharmacist role at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will alternate between advising and selling within prescriptions and self-care products. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, engagement, and experience to improve our customers' health and drive the pharmacy's success.

You now have a unique opportunity to be involved from the start in the establishment of a new Apotek Hjärtat in Arvika.

The pharmacy is scheduled to open early in 2026 and will be located adjacent to a brand new ICA Maxi, which is currently rising in newly built, modern premises just outside the city center, along the entrance from Karlstad. Here, you will have the chance to help shape work methods, culture, and the customer experience from day one.

Opening hours will initially be 08:00–20:00 every day, and the team is currently being built. The pharmacy will consist of both pharmacists and dedicated pharmacy technicians who together create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for our customers.

There are already two well-established Hjärtat pharmacies in Arvika, meaning that good cooperation and a strong collegial network are already in place. With this new establishment, we look forward to continuing to serve our loyal Hjärtat customers while welcoming new customers who shop at ICA Maxi.

The position is a permanent employment, with the possibility of full-time or part-time work as agreed.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or pharmacist. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist, and you identify with the following description:

• You show interest and engagement in meetings with customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
