Care and Support is a business area focused on providing safe and secure care to our citizens. We work with elderly care, short-term care, functional impairments, social psychiatry, and rehabilitation.

Our main task is to offer care to our citizens at different stages of life. The needs may vary depending on the type of support a citizen requires, but our approach is that everyone should have the same prerequisites for safe and secure care. It is important to us that those receiving care feel secure, as well as having the opportunity to influence and have a say in their daily lives.

Job Description

We are looking for you who want to make a difference in people's daily lives. In this role, you will provide support and assistance in the homes of our users. The tasks include:

• Personal care and medical interventions.
• Cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
• Social interaction and creating a sense of security.
• Documentation in the operational system.

We are looking for an engaged and responsible person who enjoys working closely with people and contributing to a meaningful daily life.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have a genuine interest in people and want to contribute to security and quality of life.
• Are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
• Have an assistant nurse education (required).
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have a Category B driver's license, as the job involves driving between users.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent
Start date: According to agreement.
