As a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist at VarnumHälsan, you play a key role in creating value and results for our customers.

You will work consultatively with our customers, providing support to managers, contact persons, and employees. The main focus of the role is interventions at the individual level, but assignments at the group and organizational levels also occur, such as psychosocial work environment assessments and group supervision.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Counseling and therapy
• Psychosocial work environment issues
• Assessments and mapping
• Supervision of individuals and groups

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist. You should have an interest in and experience with work-related ill health, as well as experience working with individual counseling, training, and groups.

It is a merit if you have further education in or experience with rehabilitation, organizational, and social work environment. Experience with methods such as CBT, ACT, or FACT is valued.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are driven, have a good understanding of the connection between the individual, the group, and the organization, and the ability to translate this into effective interventions in relation to the customer.

Other details: Permanent position. Full-time employment. Start date by agreement. The role may involve travel, meaning you must hold a valid driver’s license and occasionally have access to a personal car for work purposes.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, excluding public holidays.
