Your Workplace

The Medical Clinic is part of the inpatient care at Arvika Hospital. Here you will find specialist doctor clinics and nurse-led clinics within cardiology, diabetes, rheumatology, gastroenterology, allergy, AK-clinic, and the Diagnostic Center. We also offer day-care beds.

Doctors, nurses, and assistant nurses work together at the clinic. We collaborate based on our different competencies to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and a good reception. For us, a good working environment, participation, engagement, and camaraderie are crucial.

Your Responsibilities

You will work in a team together with nurses and doctors, and have your own clinic within the fields of gastroenterology and rheumatology. Work in other parts of the clinic may also become relevant.

Your main tasks will consist of assisting patients with support and advice based on their respective conditions, administering treatment, and following up on treatment effects, quality indicators, and patient well-being.

As a nurse at the medical clinic, you will collaborate closely with other professions such as dietitians, social workers, and physiotherapists. Collaboration with the hospital's care wards is a given. The degree of employment can be discussed depending on needs and qualifications.

Your Knowledge and Competencies

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and have a genuine interest in driving and developing our clinic.

To succeed in the role, you need to be structured and have the ability to plan, execute, and follow up on work over a longer period. You should be able to work both independently and in a team, and have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as teamwork, flexibility, and a good attitude towards patients and colleagues.
