Health and Social Care Administration
We have a user-oriented approach – we all work together to provide the user with quality care and support every day. Within the administration, around 400 proud and engaged employees work within home care, residential care, disability support, health and medical care, social psychiatry, and authority enforcement. With us, you will work to provide our residents with good service and contribute to achieving the municipality's goals.
Job Description
We are looking for a new colleague for our municipal health and medical care. The position offers stimulating and varied work within home healthcare or residential care, where you work closely with people in their daily lives, both independently and as part of an engaged team of competent colleagues.
Responsibilities
As a nurse, you are responsible for patient care, including:
- Advice and support to patients
- Medical assessments and medication management
- Mentoring and advice to colleagues
The work is mainly during daytime hours with occasional evening and weekend shifts. You will receive support from an experienced mentor and work with freedom under responsibility, in an environment where competence and engagement are highly valued.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and want to develop together with us. You are engaged, self-reliant, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and can plan your time effectively.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
It is an advantage if you have further education as a District Nurse.
We place great emphasis on you having a genuine interest in helping people and always working with the patient in focus. You are open to varied tasks, have initiative, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different professions. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Conditions
The position is permanent (100%) and is desired to start in Autumn 2026.
