Vårdcentralen Munkfors is a small health center with approximately 4,000 registered patients. Around 13 dedicated staff members belonging to the health center work here, along with approximately 5–7 staff members from various units within the region. We collaborate closely and work in a cross-professional manner. The health center employs district doctors, district nurses, assistant nurses, psychosocial resources, healthcare administrators, and foot therapists.

Your Responsibilities

As a doctor here, you will have a varied job involving the investigation, treatment, and assessment of patients of all ages. You will collaborate closely with other professions at the clinic and handle both planned and urgent visits. In addition to the general medicine clinic, the role also includes doctor participation in the municipality's elderly care homes, BMM (Child Health Center), BVC (Maternal and Child Health Center), and the youth clinic.

Your Knowledge and Competencies

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine and authorized to work within Swedish healthcare. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and find it easy to build good relationships with both patients and colleagues.

You enjoy clinic work and value continuity in patient contacts, where you meet patients with empathy. You enjoy mentoring and want to actively contribute to the development of the health center. Collaboration skills are important to us, and we would like you to find it easy to work together with colleagues from all our professional groups. You also appreciate cross-professional working methods and see the value in leveraging different competencies within the team.
