Title: Inside Sales Representative (Technical) – Electrical Service / Quotes (Stockholm)

About Us

LIVEL AB is an authorized electrical installation company in Stockholm that is growing. We work with electrical services, troubleshooting, electrical panels, and smaller projects for private individuals, companies, and homeowner associations (BRF).

About the Role

This role is particularly suitable for you who have worked as an electrician or in a technical sales position and wish to work more with customer contact and business development.

We are looking for a technically knowledgeable inside sales representative who can take responsibility for customer dialogue and the quotation process.

You should be confident on the phone, able to ask the right questions, understand the basics of electrical work, and drive cases all the way to a booked assignment.

Customer visits/site visits may occur when needed, but are not daily.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries (phone, email, SMS)
• Gather correct information/photos and perform a simple needs analysis
• Create and follow up on quotes (electrical service/installation)
• Suggest solutions and build trust with the customer (selling value, not just price)
• Book and plan jobs together with our electricians
• When necessary: conduct simple site visits to provide accurate quotes

Requirements

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing. English is an advantage
• Experience in sales/customer contact (inside sales, service, B2C/B2B)
• Technical understanding of electricity (e.g., electrical service, installation, troubleshooting)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Advantageous Qualifications

• Previous work at an electrical company (e.g., service electrician, service manager, project manager, technical sales role)
• Experience working with quotation documentation and estimating time/material usage at a practical level
