About the role
In the role of Administrator, you will support the Forestry and Agriculture department with everything from financial statement management to financial analysis. You will work closely with experienced account managers in a social environment where attention to detail and structure are highly valued. The position is part-time, approx. 2 half-days per week during terms, with increased hours in June.

Responsibilities
The role involves a combination of repetitive administrative tasks and qualified analysis of financial statements and property valuations, where you take significant responsibility for driving the project through to completion. To succeed, you should be a quick learner of systems with a good understanding of economics, preferably with a connection to forestry and agriculture, and not be afraid to make cold calls to update the customer base.
- Handle financial statements and enter data into financial systems for analysis
- Work with property valuation
- Drive smaller projects independently from start to finish
- Conduct cold calls and maintain good customer contact
We are looking for someone who has
- Studies economics at a post-secondary level or has another occupation of at least 50%
- At least two years remaining of your studies
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing as the tasks require it
It is meritorious if you have
- Ongoing studies in accounting or economics
- Good knowledge of or personal connection to forestry and agriculture
- Basic knowledge of financial statement management and financial analysis
