About Göingeskolan

Göingeskolan, one of the municipality's primary schools, is a grades 7-9 school with approximately 250 students. The school is centrally located in Broby, close to both the town center and the surrounding nature.

Göingeskolan, together with the entire municipality, is part of "Skolresan 2030" (The School Journey 2030), aiming for higher goal achievement for our students. At our school, we work to ensure that all students experience participation, motivation, security, and study peace so that they can reach their goals. We want them to thrive and feel well to maintain their desire to learn. The school's teachers, student health team, and other professionals work together with students and guardians to provide good conditions for learning. Inclusion and collaboration are key words for us. We have a high level of ambition and a good work climate that stimulates development and learning for both students and staff.

Job Responsibilities

Göingeskolan is looking for you who are a qualified teacher with the eligibility to teach Swedish and Swedish as a Second Language for grades 7-9, preferably in combination with another subject.

You will teach Swedish and Swedish as a Second Language, as well as in the school's studio. You will also teach language choice groups in Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language/English.

In the role of a teacher at Göingeskolan, you will, together with your colleagues at the school, work with the different grade levels based on our steering documents and the school's pedagogical overall concept. You are part of one of the school's work teams and are a crucial cog in our development work, where an inclusive approach and collaboration are of great importance.

Qualifications

It is an advantage if you have worked with students from multicultural backgrounds and have experience with a language-developing approach. Your personal qualities are important to us, so we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Naturally, you have no difficulty expressing yourself well in both speech and writing.

According to the Swedish Education Act, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the police register) is required before employment can be offered.
