Are you ready for a challenging and developmental role within Daytime Activities? We are now looking for two support pedagogues in the Southwest to Datavägen 29, Nav 1 and 2.
As a support pedagogue, you will have a guiding role in the work team and the common approach. You are responsible for developing and implementing pedagogical methods at the unit. We offer an stimulating environment that is physically accessible for participants who need mobility aids and specially adapted assistive devices. We base our work on the participant's interests, abilities, and needs. Here we work extensively with clarifying and alternative communication, visual supports, social stories, and individual schedules. We work calmly and methodically as all participants have their own schedule created according to wishes, needs, and interests. We meet our participants according to their daily condition to create security, clarity, and predictability.
Datavägen Nav 2
Datavägen Nav 2 currently has 8 participants with autism and intellectual disability at a mild to moderate level. The work requires a professional, pedagogical, and individualized approach where each participant's needs, abilities, and self-determination are in focus. The support varies from practical care to guiding support in various activities and situations.
The work is based on implementation plans, work plans, action plans, and individual schedules for the participants. Documentation takes place daily through social documentation in Treserva as well as medical documentation in the form of signature lists. Collaboration occurs continuously with external actors such as nurses, guardians, and other important people in the participants' networks.
The operation has begun implementing work with sensory gardens, where the goal is to create participation throughout the process based on each participant's individual interests, needs, and abilities. The focus is on promoting independence, well-being, and meaningful activities through a pedagogical and inclusive approach. In the work, it is also important to be able to apply a low-affective approach, as challenging behaviors may occur. This means working with a calm approach to prevent stress and create good conditions for the participants' well-being.

We look forward to your application!
