Kungsfiskareskolan

Kungsfiskareskolan is a preschool to grade 6 school (F–6) where we work purposefully to create a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for all students.

We believe in strong relationships, high expectations, and collegial learning where we develop teaching together. The school is located in the eastern part of Klippan and is predominantly a three-stream F-6 school with approximately 420 students. We are currently hiring for 1 position.

Job Responsibilities

You are a pedagogical professional with the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You plan teaching with clear goals and use varied methods to meet the different needs of students. You value structured, accessible, and inclusive work so that all students feel included and can succeed in their learning.

You:

• Have a strong ability to differentiate instruction and create accessible learning environments.
• Work with clear structure, formative assessment, and high expectations for student development.
• Have good classroom leadership and can create safety, study calm, and motivation.
• Are confident in your values-based work and actively promote equal value for all.
• Have good collaboration skills and want to actively contribute to the school's joint development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a pedagogical professional.
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
