RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a driven and engaged teacher in mathematics and Science/Tech who is passionate about inspiring students? Do you want to make a difference in a school that puts student development and learning at the center? We are now looking for a substitute teacher in Math/Science for a teacher going on parental leave. The position is initially for one year, with good opportunities for extension.

In addition to being responsible for your own teaching, you are expected to be involved in various development processes and actively participate in collegial learning together with your work team.

As a teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to:

• develop teaching in mathematics, Science, and Technology for grades 7-9
• plan, implement, and evaluate teaching based on our steering documents
• collaborate with engaged colleagues in collegial learning to develop both your teaching and student results
• work with a student-centered approach that creates security and a desire to learn

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• preferably are a certified teacher in mathematics, Science subjects, and Technology
• have a commitment to creating meaningful and inclusive teaching that challenges and develops all students
• are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating in work teams
• want to contribute to the school's development and work on strengthening both student results and engagement
• enjoy creating exciting and interesting lessons that make students look forward to their next class
• are flexible and have the will to see opportunities instead of obstacles
• want to make a difference for our students
