About the position

We are looking for a temporary treatment secretary/field secretary with a focus on preventive work aimed at children and young people aged 0–18. The position is a 6-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension. You will work in a proactive and supportive manner to promote good upbringing conditions and to counteract risky behavior and social issues. The work involves interventions directed at individual children/young people and their families, as well as working with groups. Part of the role involves being out in the "field" and at various venues where children and young people spend their time. You will meet children and young people, as well as their families, in their everyday environments – at school, during leisure time, and in various social contexts – and collaborate closely with schools, associations, and other stakeholders.

Education and Experience

• Treatment Pedagogue, Social Pedagogue (2- or 3-year degree), or other relevant education and experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience working with children, young people, and families, preferably in preventive activities. Both individually and in groups.
• Strong ability to build trusting relationships.
• Independent, flexible, and solution-oriented.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Experience in documenting and following up on interventions.
• A manual B-driver's license is required.
