Responsibilities

Our preschool is nicely located on Lindholmen, close to Sannegårdskajen. We are a preschool with eight departments distributed across two buildings that together form a common unit. Through close cooperation between the buildings, such as joint opening and closing times, collaboration during APT (Annual Performance and Development Review), development of learning environments, and language and knowledge-developing working methods, we create a business characterized by wholeness, quality, and development.

We are now looking for an engaged colleague who wants to take over after one of our appreciated employees who has chosen to move on to new challenges. You lead the pedagogical work together with colleagues in an engaged work team. Together you plan, implement, document, and follow up the education based on the preschool curriculum. Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed preschool teacher
• have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• have good knowledge of using digital tools in work
• have at least two years of experience working as a preschool teacher

You take responsibility for both your own and the work team's tasks and contribute to good cooperation.

You build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are also responsive in your treatment and show respect and care for others.

You understand that children have different prerequisites and absorb knowledge in different ways. Based on this, you create a safe and developmental environment where every child has the opportunity to develop at their own pace.

Experience of language and knowledge-developing working methods (SOKA) as well as outdoor pedagogy is meritorious.
