Responsibilities

Trädgårdsstadens School is growing! By autumn 2026, we will have just over 490 students from preschool class to grade 6, along with an associated after-school center. The school is located in a newly built area and was completed in autumn 2018. Our large schoolyard offers many different activities year-round.

Cooperative learning is an important part of our focus in both school and after-school activities. We are also a cooperative organization that expects engagement and a willingness from every employee to contribute to the systematic quality work at the school. Does this sound interesting? We are looking for a teacher for grades F-3, where the role includes being a mentor. Your mission with us will be to work together with principals, student health services, and educators to continue building for the benefit of operations at Trädgårdsstadens School. You will have access to digital tools in your teaching and maintain close collaboration within your work team.

At Trädgårdsstadens School, collegial collaboration is important and naturally ingrained in our organization. Our idea is that you, as a mentor, will be part of a work team with the after-school center's teachers, where you jointly take responsibility for the students in the grade. We care for each other and work together towards our common goals.

The position will be filled subject to necessary decisions being made. There may be an opportunity for extension or permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher with qualifications for F-3 or F-6.
• Broad qualifications.

Duration: Permanent.

To begin working in preschool, school, after-school centers, and other pedagogical activities, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the Swedish Police Authority (www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se)).

Anyone who does not show an extract from the criminal record register cannot be employed, engaged, or admitted to the operation according to current legal requirements.
