About the role

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the operational backbone of the management team, working closely with the CEO on everything from investor presentations to cross-functional projects. You combine strategic insight with operational discipline to increase efficiency throughout the organization. This is a 12-month fixed-term position.

Key responsibilities

The role involves broad responsibility for supporting the management team both operationally and strategically, with a special focus on project management, communication, and technical efficiency through AI.

• Manage the CEO's calendar, travel planning, and meeting preparations
• Produce high-quality presentations for board meetings and investor updates
• Drive cross-functional projects
• Draft and quality-assure internal and external communications on behalf of the management
• Use AI tools daily to analyze data and streamline workflows
• Identify opportunities where AI can enhance the quality of the team's deliverables

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in executive support, project management, or management consulting
• Has advanced knowledge of AI tools for daily work
• Is very proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets
• Has fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a strong ability to drive projects independently and structure complex goals

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience from retail, fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods (DTC)
• Knowledge of tools such as Asana, Slack, Notion, or Figma
• Experience in building your own automations and workflows using AI
