Specialpedagogkonsult was founded in 2008 by special needs pedagogue Maria Engstam. The company has a team of special needs pedagogues, special education teachers, counselors, psychologists, and principals who work to identify and meet the needs of all children by supervising, consulting, and educating school leaders, principals, teachers, and other educators in preschools and schools. Our clients are municipal and independent preschools and schools throughout Sweden.
We are now looking for a special needs pedagogue for a position in three smaller schools in Älvdalen Municipality. The position is 80%.
Qualifications:
- Training as a special needs pedagogue with basic education in primary or secondary school.
- Passionate about finding opportunities to meet the needs of all children/students.
- Ability to listen to and understand the client's needs.
- Creative, solution-focused, and curious about differences and learning new things.
