Responsibilities
As a Music Teacher (grades 3-9), you are a central figure in the linguistic and musical development of our students.
You will:
- Teach and inspire students in grades 3-9 in Music. Your work is grounded in research and proven experience.
- Challenge students to take initiative and develop their skills in a safe and trusting environment.
- Mentorship: The role includes mentorship, where you will have the opportunity to closely follow a group of students' development, learning, and personal maturity, while maintaining close contact with their guardians.
Qualifications
You are a certified teacher with the eligibility to teach Music in grades 3-9. Previous experience as a teacher is considered an asset. You have a good understanding of and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you possess strong didactic and pedagogical skills, allowing you to lead and organize your work to create a conducive learning environment and study peace for our students throughout their school day.
Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work and, with good knowledge and practice, work effectively with relevant digital tools. Naturally, you have a professional attitude and work towards building good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school.

About the Workplace
Lindeborgsskolan is located on the outskirts of Malmö, close to green areas and Hyllie Station. We are an F-9 school (preschool class to grade 9) with two parallel classes in lower and middle school, and four parallel classes in upper school. Approximately 700 students attend the school, of whom about 220 are also enrolled in after-school care. Here, you are offered a good working climate and a friendly collegium. We have high expectations of ourselves, each other, and the students, and we offer a stable school with good quality. We actively work on our quality assurance to continuously develop our operations and give students the best possible conditions to develop as far as possible.
