About the Role of Science Teacher

As a teacher at Furulidskolan, you are part of a committed team that actively works for good cohesion with a lovely team spirit.

In your duties as a Science teacher in grades 7-9, you are responsible for conducting teaching, associated planning work, assessment and grading, as well as mentoring a class. As a teacher, you work actively, pedagogically, and committed to stimulating the school's students to develop their knowledge in the subject and to take responsibility for their own learning. You have the ability to adapt your teaching based on the students' prior knowledge and needs in a creative and pedagogical manner.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teacher's degree with a teaching license and the qualification to teach Science in grades 7-9. Even you who are at the end of your education are welcome to apply.

You have a good ability to plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the steering documents. In the classroom, you are a safe and clear leader who creates structure, study peace, and good conditions for learning.
