About the assignment

Hello, my name is Filip, I am 34 years old, and I live in Kristianstad with good bus connections. I have a physical disability called Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 2. This means that the signals between nerves and muscles are weakened, which means I need help with everything in my daily life, including breathing and transfers. I have double assistance around the clock, which means you will always work together with me and a colleague. This also means that presence, cooperation, and responsibility are crucial in every task. My daily life includes treatments and routines that require high precision and responsibility. This means that as an assistant, you need to be attentive, follow instructions exactly, and understand that small mistakes can have consequences. There is no room for carelessness or lack of interest.

The assignment therefore requires that you, as a personal assistant, can perform manual transfers, personal care, exercise, and structure in my home. My interests are reading books and learning new things; I enjoy discussing with my assistants. I also play chess, which reflects that I enjoy analyzing, thinking strategically, and solving problems. It is good if you appreciate this type of conversation, as it is a larger part of my daily life.

You who apply should have a genuine interest in helping me live my life on my own terms. I would like you to be flexible with times, calm and confident in yourself, and careful in the work you perform, as it involves responsibility and important routines in my daily life. About the job

Seeking new assistants, positions 70-85% on a rolling 4-week schedule, double assistance around the clock

Work shifts: day 07:30-15:00, evening 15:00-22:00, and every other weekend, longer shifts.

We use Tidvis for scheduling and time reporting. Salary according to Fremia collective agreement.

Qualifications:

• Non-smoker
• There is a cat in the home, so not allergic to fur animals
• The work involves transfers, so you should have a physique that can handle lifting and helping with such tasks.
• Most importantly: That you are genuine and have a positive attitude towards me and your colleagues. That you are reliable and want to contribute to a secure daily life.
